It is one of the largest mangrove wetlands in all of Central America and serves as an important habitat of many species of birds, fish, mammals, and reptiles. The tour departs from Térraba and enters the intricate mangrove wetlands allowing visitors an intimate magical experience with some of Mother Nature’s most interesting flora and fauna as you go.
