The Sugar Mill Tour allows you to walk through plantations of sugar cane, coffee, and various typical crops of the area. But this is only the beginning. You will also learn about the coffee and chocolate processes, and will be able to experiment them from the fruit where it all begins, until you can enjoy them in your plate.

You will be amused with the typical Costa Rican wagon, for you will witness how the peasants used to transport their crops. In our tour, you can ride in it all the way to the ‘saca from guaro’ where you can observe how liquor used to be made. Finally, you can be part of theprocess of creating sugar cane candy, and be the one who adds the final ingredient.
