Being created by the love of its community, Reserva Santa Elena is one of a kind private reserve that covers up to 765 acres of cloud forest. The main reason for its creation was to develop sustainable tourism in the area in a way that could benefit the people living in this part of Tilaran Mountain Range, that’s why the reserve is administrated by the town’s community college and their gains are donated to education programs and nature preserve funds. This educational tour will make you fall in love with two of Costa Rica’s greatest pride: nature and hard work.
