This super combo gives you the possibility to choose three of our adventure activities:

Horseback Riding: Horses are our specialty, we have raised them for generation and have selected for you, horses of certified good health, strong, and well trained. Hacienda Pozo Azul’s many internal trails and solitary back roads in the area are just what you would like for real adventure on a horse. We provide the ideal route and length of ride for you, trained guides will provide a safer ride on this beautiful and wild scenery, for an unforgettable experience. Minimum age: 6 years old.

Canopy: The exhilarating Costa Rican Invention of zipping through the tree top canopy in a beautiful jungle setting, with experienced guides and safety features you only find in Hacienda Pozo Azul. Minimum age: 6 years old.

Rappelling (descending on ropes): Another Hacienda Pozo Azul adventure experience to remember forever! Descending with safety ropes and equipment a 90 feet wall on the Sarapiquí river canyon with a spectacular view of the confluence of the Sarapiquí and Pozo Azul Rivers. Minimum age: 12 years old.

River Tours: The Sarapiquí River is known as the scenic river of Costa Rica’s tropical rain forest, with 35 km through forest reserves, stunning views and full of enjoyment for all. You can choose between:

Class II and III: This tour leaves from the Hacienda facilities and runs 13 Km. Very safe with several accesses throughout the tour and constant communication with the base; it can be run year round. Minimum age: 9 years old

Floating Safari: A guided 2 hours ride in rafts trough the beautiful and nature rich lower Sarapiquí and its tributaries from the Braulio Carrillo National Park. Stunning views and abundant fauna you will want to take with you… Get your cameras ready! Minimum age: 6 years old.
